We create handcrafted exotic-metal pieces for collectors, EDC enthusiasts, and customers seeking something genuinely different. Our team brings together experience in forging, CNC machining, and hand finishing, with a shared focus on quality and individuality. We gradually built EMA Forge around that shared experience and a commitment to making distinctive metalwork. We combine those capabilities to produce jewelry, EDC accessories, and custom collectible pieces from specialty metals. Our workshop works with specialty materials including Timascus, Grade 5 titanium, Damascus steel, and other exotic metals. Our business is built to serve customers in the United States and internationally, with fulfillment support in Illinois, USA.Many of our pieces are made to order, so natural variations in pattern, color, and finish are part of what makes each item unique.
