Return Eligibility
At EMA Forge LLC, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Our return policy applies to defective products only. Exchanges are accepted under the conditions below:
- Returns are accepted for defective products only.
- Defective items must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
- Items should be returned in their original condition and packaging when possible.
- Exchanges are accepted for eligible items.
- Custom-made or personalized products are eligible for exchange only when the item is defective or the agreed specifications were not fulfilled.
Return Process
Contact our customer support team at info@emaforgellc.com to request a Return Authorization (RA).
Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging.
Ship the product to the address provided by our support team. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Fees & Deductions
A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
A $50 handling fee will apply per item.
Return shipping costs are not covered by EMA Forge LLC.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, the remaining balance (after applicable fees) will be refunded to your original method of payment.
Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account after processing.
Important Notes
Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
EMA Forge LLC reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
